Please note that by making your nonrefundable deposit you are agreeing to have surgery with Weight Loss Team in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. All deposits are nonrefundable but you may change your surgery date if need be. The deposit amount is the credit card based price and includes the non cash discount fee of $40us. Paypal is the credit card processing company for this transaction.
