Lose up to 30 pounds in 7 days and eliminate your sugar addiction

By Juan Hidalgo on August 01, 2018

This 7 day Sugar Detox will help you get over that sugar addiction, help you lose up to 30 pounds in 7 days, and help flush the sugars out of your body.  Dr. Juan F. Hidalgo in Puerto Vallarta, one of Mexico’s leading bariatric surgeons at Weight Loss Team https://www.weightlossteam.com actually strongly recommends this detox to anyone who has a sugar craving or addiction and especially to his preop patients.

After all the news in today’s world, everyone knows how bad sugar can be for us, that said it is almost impossible for a normal person to eliminate sugar from our daily diet.

One of the main reasons that we can’t eliminate sugar from our diet, is that it is the main ingredient in almost everything that we eat on a daily basis.

The other reason we cannot eliminate sugar from our diet is that sugar happens to be very, very addictive.

When a person consumes too much sugar, or excessive amounts of sugar, the dopamine levels in the body increase drastically, similar to how certain drugs react with our bodies.  There have been many studies that show that sugar is highly addictive and causes the dopamine levels to react in a similar fashion to a person taking certain drugs such as cocaine.

Many studies have shown that when people consume sugar over long periods of time the dopamine levels in their body reduce and cause the body to feel a withdrawal effect which can lead to depression, and other mental problems, which then triggers the person to crave and eat more sugar than previously consumed to just maintain the “high” that they previously had felt with a lesser amount of sugar.

Smells can trigger your desires to eat sugar, so if you find yourself smelling something sweet and then craving that food, most likely you have become addicted to sugar.

If you end up craving and becoming addicted to sugars, you most likely will gain weight.  Most patients who have weight loss surgery, be it the gastric sleeve surgery or the gastric bypass surgery have some sort of an addition to sugars.

One of the benefits of having weight loss surgery will be that you will eat less and consume fewer sugars in your diet if you actually do need to have a weight loss surgery.  If you are not yet obese it is very important to start eliminating sugars from your diet and performing this 7-day sugar detox will help you get started.

Remember sugar has no nutritional value and it is highly addictive.

Here is a list of just a few reasons that are important so as to why you should not eat sugar in your daily diet:

Sugar is a known factor in creating gallstones

Sugar lowers your bodies’ immunities

Sugar is a factor in the creation of ulcers in the stomach

Sugar may actually worsen your eyesight and causes fatigue as the body withdraws

Sugar can increase the serotonin levels in the body

Sugar triggers hypoglycemia

Sugar is a known cause of diabetes (gastric bypass surgery and other weight loss surgeries can help treat Type 2 diabetes)

Sugar may actually cause arthritis

And sugar actually causes the body to be depleted of its minerals

This 7 day Sugar Detox will help you get over that sugar addiction and help flush the sugars out of your body.  This detox is strongly recommended to anyone who has a sugar craving or addiction or for anyone looking to lose weight.

Patients have lost up to 30 pounds in 7 days following this simple detox diet which at the end of the week will not only get you thinner, help you feel healthier, but also clean out the sugar from your body and eliminate the cravings and addictions.

IF you are a type 2 diabetic, you may want to do this Detox as soon as possible.
