Bariatric Friendly Christmas Recipes
As a weight loss surgery patient, you should know that the Holidays can be hell on earth when it comes to eating and parties. And during this holiday season, it is never easy to keep yourself away from delicious Christmas dishes that are always served, especially if you are trying to live a healthy lifestyle, or even worse if you have just had gastric sleeve surgery or gastric bypass surgery over the holiday periods. The parties, the dinners, and the snacks make following the healthy low carb and sugar diet provided to you by your surgeon very difficult. That said, however, if you make a plan and choose and prepare what you can eat, you will enjoy and have your meals, enjoy your family and friends and have a wonderful holiday in moderation, and most likely will not gain weight and even may lose weight during the holiday period.
